Overwatch sensitivity * 0.06 = Quake Champions sensitivity. So again, Quake/Source engine sensitivity * 0.2 = Quake Champions sensitivity. A guess that I need to test is that maybe the sensitivity slider allows you to land between values, such as 1.0045, but it only shows 1.00 on the numeric. I honestly have no idea why it was wrong the first few times I was testing it. 3272/3273 mouse movements does a 360 as expected. However, there is something weird going on when you get to a Quake Champions sensitivity of 1. In trying to test for converting sensitivities from Quake engines to Quake Champions, I found that for most low sensitivity users, multiply your Quake/Source engine sensitivity by 0.2 for the right value in QC. The idea is that I line up my crosshair with a point in a game, press a button, watch it spin, and verify that my crosshair goes back to where it started. I wrote a script in AutoIt that allows me to send a pre-determined number of mouse inputs to perform a 360. So now if you are coming from another Quake or CS game, just use the same number in QC that you use in the other.
